Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at The Tropicana Rooms, Ozanköy, Northern Cyprus. They are intended to provide a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both Guests and The Tropicana Rooms.

1. Definitions

Include the definitions agreed during drafting (The Tropicana Rooms, Guest, Booking, Property, Stay, Website).

2. About These Terms

Bookings confirm acceptance of these Terms. The English version prevails. Future amendments apply only to future bookings.

3. Website Information

Photos are illustrative, room layouts may vary, availability is only confirmed in writing, and temporary website issues may occur.

4. Bookings

Booking confirmation, minimum age of 18, accuracy of information, and the right to refuse fraudulent or impractical bookings.

5. Rates

Rates are per room per night unless stated otherwise. Taxes, services, and additional charges are payable where applicable.

6. Payment

Payment terms are shown during booking. Outstanding balances must be settled before departure.

7. Amendments

Amendments are subject to availability and revised pricing where applicable.

8. Cancellation & No-Show

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in with a full refund. Less than 14 days before arrival: non-refundable unless agreed otherwise or required by law. No-shows may be charged in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

10. Legal Provisions

These Terms include provisions relating to limitation of liability, personal injury, force majeure, privacy, complaints, the right to refuse service, third-party services, intellectual property, severability, the entire agreement, governing law (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus), and contact details.
